By downloading, installing, or using the Finfu AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. All payments are processed by the respective app store platforms.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your app store account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. We do not process direct refunds.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of all financial data you input.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the financial data and content you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data to provide our services.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8.2 Financial Advice

The App provides tools for financial management but does not constitute professional financial advice. You should consult with qualified financial advisors for important financial decisions.

8.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all financial calculations or insights are error-free. You should verify important financial information independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finfu AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finfu AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account by contacting us at finfuapp@gmail.com.

12.2 Termination by Finfu

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Finfu AI regarding the use of the App.

17. Apple App Store Terms

This section applies to users who download the App from the Apple App Store:

17.1 Acknowledgment

This agreement is concluded between you and Finfu AI only, and not with Apple. Finfu AI is solely responsible for the licensed application and its content.

17.2 Scope of License

The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

17.3 Maintenance and Support

Finfu AI is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

17.4 Warranty

Finfu AI is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

17.5 Product Claims

Finfu AI acknowledges that it is solely responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

17.6 Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Finfu AI will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

17.7 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

17.8 Third Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the App.

17.9 Third Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
